We're always sorting and rehoming lots of different items, so that useful things get to be of use again.
We work with and donate to projects and charities in Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife.
We'd rather fill our time instead of land and though many materials are recycled by specialist sites, the best kind of recycling is when it doesn't have to be recycled at all.
At the end of the Edinburgh Festival we collected unwanted, unused rain ponchos from a large event and have now rehomed them with Edinburgh homeless charity Streetwork - who work with people sleeping rough in the city and in need of urgent support. We have also recently rehomed bevelled wooden stage panelling from The Queen's Hall with the Men of Leith's Men's Shed and Heart of Newhaven, and lots of unusable ceramic coasters from the wonderful Doricmor are making their way around art projects in Edinburgh and East Lothian.

As winter approaches, if you need a clear oot, we're happy to offer free recycling advice or come and visit for a quote. You can always send pictures by whatsapp or email too.
